This pack includes 12 captures that were shot with a real mic'ed cab loaded with a V30 and meticulously mic'ed with multiple studio standard microphones for a rich tonal spectrum and an overall pleasing sound, whether you're placing the guitars in a mix or simply playing by yourself.
This pack also includes 12 DI captures. These are captures of the exact same sounds as were dialed in with the cab. However, instead of going through the real cab the signal from the line out of the amp was taken as a reference (with a reactive load as DI source). In this case the real speaker cab takes care of the impedance interaction, rather than using a reactive load, resulting in more streamlined results across the board.
The amp has multiple channels and captures were made of as much of these different tonal options as possible, but without the user potentially getting lost in too many options.
