My next concern was making sure that this very quality was captured appropriately and provide that same gut punch that Jerry's tone does. The JJ 100 from Friedman was amazing and left me wondering what would be different about the Bogner. The answer to that, is that the Bogner has a low mid thing going on that an EQ cannot replicate in another amp. Hence, the gut punch.
