About
Have loved Rock N Roll for as long as I can remember. I will never forget the first time I heard Eruption. It's what started it all for me.
I'm 57 and started playing when I was in Jr. High School at about 13 or 14. I started In band on drums, then guitar, then jazz band on bass. The first real guitar I purchased was a Rickenbacker 4001 Bass with a Peavy Mark IV Bass amp.
I still enjoyed playing guitar so withing the last decade or so I've started purchasing guitars, whereas I only rented them before.
Ever since I was very young I wanted to be a sound engineer. I gave up on the dream only because I didn't think it was practical. Now, with the technology that companies like IK Multimedia provides, I can put together a small, inexpensive home studio and live out those dreams.
I have mainly lived in Idaho and Utah. I'm starting to play both guitar and bass live again with my friend from High School; hoping we will start playing a lot more.
Favorite bands are Van Halen and Rush.
