The TSR—Rouge Plate D50 TONEX pack is based on the stunning-sounding RedPlate Overdrive Classic RPHD50 amplifier. The “Dumble” sound is quite unique. It’s not a Vox or Marshall Esc tone, and it’s not like a Hiwatt or an Orange amp. Think of a Fender Bassman clean with a one-of-a-kind smooth overdrive, and you are starting to get close. The RedPlate HD50, however, takes the Dumble sound and adds a host of new tones with a three-way input voicing switch (Single Coil, Humbucker and FAT) and a Mid Boost, Bright switch and Jazz/Rock settings and a FET distortion circuit.
